The Lil’ Will Reading Fluency program is a step-by-step system designed to help students read accurately, smoothly, and with confidence.

Instead of random passages or unfocused practice, this program uses a consistent 3-day routine that builds fluency through repetition, structure, and measurable progress.

What This Program Develops

How It Works (Simple and Consistent)

Each week follows a proven structure:

Day 1 — Cold Read

• Timed 1-minute reading

• Track total words and errors

Day 2 — Practice & Phrase Reading

• Reread the passage

• Use phrase-cued text to build smooth reading

Day 3 — Timed Read

• Re-read for 1 minute

• Measure growth and improvement

Total time: 10–15 minutes, 3 days per week
