Each week follows a proven structure:
 
Day 1 — Cold Read
Timed 1-minute reading
Track total words and errors
 
Day 2 — Practice & Phrase Reading
Reread the passage
Use phrase-cued text to build smooth reading
 
Day 3 — Timed Read
Re-read for 1 minute
Measure growth and improvement
Total time: 10–15 minutes, 3 days per week
